Pool
Statement from the Board current as of 6-1-20
While there is no longer a pool capacity restriction, we strongly encourage you and your patrons to continue following the CDC recommendations for safety and social distancing. As far as sanitation procedures, you may revert to the standard protocol approved by the Florida Department of Health.
The community pool will be opening tomorrow Friday, May 1st at 8 am. The new rules and regulations are as follows:
Following these guidelines will help us keep family, friends and neighbors healthy and safe and will ensure that we will not be forced to close our pool again.

The community pool will be opening tomorrow Friday, May 1st at 8 am. The new rules and regulations are as follows:
- All residents must follow CDC social distancing guidelines by staying six feet away from anyone they don’t live with.
- No congregating in groups of more than ten people.
- Residents only at this time. Please do not invite family or friends to join you.
- We have increased bathroom cleaning to be done daily through the end of May.
- Residents are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer with them.
- Pool hours will remain from dawn till dusk.
