There is a free and easy way to make your maintenance fee payments – no checks, no coupons, no envelopes, and no postage! You can set up an automatic payment that will be taken directly from your checking account. You will never have to remember to make another payment or incur late charges. Your payment will come out of your bank account automatically at the beginning of each month/quarter. Simply fill out the authorization form for payment by auto debit, also known as an ACH payment and retun it to Greenacre. It’s simple, it’s easy, but best of all it is free!

If you don’t want to take advantage of the free auto debit payment program, Greenacre Properties has teamed with PayLease Inc. for another fast, convenient way to pay your maintenance fees. You can pay your association maintenance fees using a credit/debit card or an e-check from your bank account. Make a one-time payment or sign up to have your fees paid automatically monthly or quarterly, depending on when they are due. Once again, no more hassles and no more late payments.

Why should I pay online?
Click the “Not registered yet?” link to set up an account. Provide your association account number and last name on the account. Your account number is on the top of your payment coupon. Once you log in, you can schedule a recurring payment or make a one-time payment. It’s that easy!
How long does it take payments to post?
Standard processing takes 2-3 business days. If you select ExpressPay, your payment will post to the association’s account on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Remember to include time for your payment to post when you make or schedule a payment so that it arrives on time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The only fee for using the service is a small convenience free charged only when a payment is processed. You can still mail a check along with your coupon if you choose.
