Board Meetings

Our Annual Meeting will be held on 11/13/25. If you would like to run for the board, keep an eye out for the upcoming mailing which will include the Notice of Intent Form (NOI) that you will need to complete and return by 10/27/25 at 4pm. Please read below for more information.
• Date: Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 7 PM (Registration Opens at 6:30 PM)
o Routine Date of 11/11/25 was delayed until 11/13/25 due to Veterans Day on November 11th
• Notice of Meeting:
o 1st Mailing will be on 10/13/25 – to include: Annual Meeting Notice and Notice of Intent Form (NOI)
o 2nd Mailing will be on 10/28/25 – to include: Agenda, Proxy Form and Proposed 2026 Budget
• Notice of Intent (NOI) forms for Open Board Seat(s) – will be included in the first mailing on 10/13/25 and will be mailed to the homeowner(s) at the address of record.
o The deadline to submit your NOI will be 10/27/25 at 4 PM.
o Interested owners (one per household) must submit their NOI by October 27th at 4 PM to Laura Zimmerman at Greenacre via email to [email protected].
No exceptions to avoid confusion or lost NOI Forms
• Potential Board Members:
o Must be a homeowner in good standing with the WLV Governing Documents
o Must complete a 4-hour Board Certification training course via Zoom
o Willing to attend monthly HOA Board meetings on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7 PM
